Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed at analyzing the production process at Weppler - Filter Ltd. Attention is focused on the scheduling production and opportunity as possible to streamline production or save costs associated with it. With selected quality management tools for the scheduling process was analyzed. Were then evaluated options for improving. In the first part are the theoretical background of the issue. Weppler Filter, Ltd. is presented in the following part. The third part is devoted to a detailed description of the filter production. Planning tools are applied in the practical part.
