Hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičních projektů

Abstract

The theme of the master thesis was the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment projects. The main objective was to evaluate the economic effectiveness of concrete investment projects in the company Dalkia ČR, a. s., which deals with them in their practice. For the assesment of individual projects were used effectiveness criteria respecting the time value of money, namely the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Average Value NPV – Equivalent Annuity, Discounted Payback Period and Profitability Index. On the basis of the results evaluation of economic efficiency of four investment projects Dalkia ČR, a. s. with the usage above criteria were recommended the company to take all investment projects. Within the information given from the side of the company was done the identification of their evaluation manner represented by this multinational company and was suggested supplementation of current system of evaluation investment projects about the criterion of equivalent annuity and about an annuity factor method used to determination effectiveness criteria of rationalization projects.
