Abstract
The thesis is focused on software support of property management and operation of buildings. The aim is to support the issue of software of property management and operation of buildings.
The theoretical part deals with general information about the software and how they are divided.
The practical part describes in detail the software of a sample of selected software on the building VSB. The specific building was put into CAFM system and is used pit-FM, which was freely available on the VSB.
