Právní problematika osob s mentálním postižením v občanském sdružení Arkádie

Abstract

In the present work deals with the legal issues of people with mental disabilities. I focus on the civil association Arcadia, because it is located in the region of Teplice, where I live. This work is divided into several chapters, where described the fundation, history, present time and financing of Arkadie, mental handicap, social security benefits for people with mental handicap, employment of people with mental handicap with focus on Arkadie, social services provided by Arkadie, benefits for care and legal status.
