Návrh na úpravu technologické linky za účelem zvýšení produkce v lomu Krásny Les

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je úprava technologické linky za účelem zvýšení produkce v lomu Krásný Les. Zmapována byla nabídka strojů a zařízení používaných v lomových provozech s cílem najít, vyhodnotit a zpracovat nejvhodnější variantu řešení. Sledovány byly i vývojové trendy a možnosti jejich aplikace do řešené problematiky. V úvodu jsou popsány současné aktivity probíhající v kamenolomu společně s výčtem finálních výrobků a norem určujících jejich využití. V další fázi jsou řešeny možnosti modernizace provozu včetně výběru optimálního řešení. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení a návrhům v souvislosti s budoucí činností.

The issue of the thesis is an adjustment of process line for the purpose of increase in productionin the quarry Krasny Les. The thesis contents a maped offer of machines and devices used in the quarry operations for the purpose to find, evaluate and elaborate the most suitable variation of solution. Also, development trends were studied and their possibilities of use into the solved issue. The preface of the thesis describes present activities running in the quarry and a list of final products as well as norms determining their use. In the following part there are solved possibilities of operation renovation including a selection of optimal solution. The conlusion deals with evaluation and suggesstions in the context of future activity.
