Abstract

The diploma thesis has set the goal to find a solution in case of cancellation of the external warehouse of the production company and transferring all inventories to the company's warehouse area. The central part of the work is dedicated to the comparison of possible concepts and their assessment. From these concepts, a single concept was selected, which was subsequently carried out by the manufacturing company.
