Stanovení chlorofylu on-line

Abstract

In this bachelor work the issue about the occurrence of chlorophyll in waters is clarified, whose assessment serves as a rate of presence of cyanobacterias and seaweeds. Cyanobacterias presented in water can contain of substances which are acting negatively on human health. In this work there is a characterization of assessment of chlorophyll in standard spectrophotometric method. Except of this standard method we can also use fluorescing systems which can offer results 'on-line'. They are sensors or special submerible spectrofluorometres. In terms of technical parameters a comparison of these methods is carried out, accuracy of measurements and reliability of gained data. In conclusion there are mentioned some new methods and trends in restriction of a development of cyanobacterias.
