Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of information support for emergency planning at the Fire and Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region and the creation of a database for information support for emergency planning. The theoretical part, for example, provides information on the activities of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region in the field of emergency planning. In the practical part, based on the analysis carried out, a development of an MS Access database is designed. As a part of this development, among other things, requirements are optimized using the method of multi-criteria decision analysis. The outcome of the practical part is a database with an user interface and predefined output data sets for emergency documentation and GIS.
