Strategická analýza

Abstract

The subject of my diploma work is „Strategic analysis“ aimed on the town Šternberk. The main goal of the work is to make SWOT analyses of the chosen town areas based on the received data, followed by its evaluation and conclusion of important results for the future town development, which the town should follow. First part of my work includes theoretic knowledge drawn on special literature, which is used in the practical part. This is followed by an analysis of the recent state of the town, which is important for developing the SWOT analyses. In the third part, individual SWOT analyses are elaborated, according to the most important areas influencing the town Šternberk. According to these SWOT analyses, the evaluation, suggestions and recommendations for the future development of the town are made. The author expects, that the observations from this diploma work will provide one of the possible views to the future development of the town Šternberk.
