Abstract

The dissertation thesis deals with the approach to the conception of the learning oraganisation at the level of the organizational processes in the companies in the Czech Republic. Further it deals with the examination of the state of effective exploitation of processes of education and knowledge work in sequence to the employees potential development. The main goal of the dissertation thesis is to find out how much the approaches of the conception of a learning organisation are accepted in the Czech Republic, especially in the area of the staff education at the lead and manager positions. First of all the development of the conception approach of the learning organisation is determinated, further the introduction into this dilemma is described. A patent attention is paid to the particular pillars of this conception, which are personal mastery, team form of studying, mental models, sharing the visions and system thinking. The content analyse of the key words of the definitions to this conception is performed. Consequently the basic findings from the area of education and studying in an organisation are described. The substance of the work are the results of the field organisation research of an exploration type. Further the possible depende ncies of the single variables are explored. More concrete information about the condition of this conception in two concrete oragnisations are gained by the help of structurated interviews. In conclusion is perfomed summary of gathered results and recommendations for managerial practice. Today's time of high competing claims raises the need for considerable investment in training and development of potential of their employees, especially those who set strategy and direction of where the organization will take and how it will be successful. Therefore it should be a matter of fact, to be rightly assessed the effect of this spent funds, which can significantly contribute to increasing competitiveness, improving reception changes, or get the best experts for your team.
