Thesis titled “Strategy Proposal for a Selected Company” is engaged in creating business development strategy for company CZECH METAL Ltd. The theoretical part describes process of strategy creation and implementation. The practical part analyzes a number of internal and external factors affecting company business and also defines strategic goals, mission and vision of the company. Moreover, the practical part is focuses on development of business environment in a post-crisis period and describes expected changes in the environment of the company. As a conclusion, the thesis is to propose several alternative strategies which can be described as a possible "scenarios" of firm behavior in case that certain described business environments change occurs. The thesis suggests recommendations for implementation as well.
