Abstract
My bachelor work is focused on the analysis of the position of a selected disadvantaged group of unemployed people on the labour market in the Czech Republic. Selected of unemployed people represents persons over 50 years. In the theoretical part are characterized different groups of disadvantaged people in the labour market. Next in theoretical part are various active and passive tools of employment policy which are used to improve the situation of disadvantaged groups in the labour market. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the situation of selected disadvantaged groups of unemployed people in the labour market in the Czech Republic and impact of employment policy for the group.
On the basis of elaborated analysis of people over 50 years I have developed proposals and recommendations for improving their situation on the labour market in the Czech Republic. I hope my work will be benefit for this issue.
