Vývoj ovládacího prvku řazení jízdních režimů v elektromobilu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and manufacture of a control element for selecting driving modes in an electric vehicle. The theoretical part summarizes the principle of the shift-by-wire system and analyses selected production solutions in terms of ergonomics, safety and design. The practical part focuses on the development of a custom mechanism intended for the limited space of the centre console. Two design variants were proposed and tested, while the variant with linear motion was rejected due to insufficient haptic feedback. The final solution is a tilting mechanism with mechanical detent positioning, optimized in terms of geometry, clearances and position sensing. The thesis also includes the manufacture of parts from EN AW-2017 aluminium alloy using CNC machining. The result is a functional prototype that meets the defined design and spatial requirements.
