Studium šíření při válcování za tepla na laboratorních stolicích

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the study of spread during hot steel rolling. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of spreas and deals with the factors that affect the spread in hot rolling. In the experimental part of this bachelor thesis, the spread of unalloyed structural steel during hot rolling was examined on three different laboratory rolling mills – TANDEM rolling mill, K350 rolling mill and semi-continuous rolling mill at two different temperatures (900 °C and 1200 °C) on a practical example. This experimnent focused mainly on the effect of rolls diameter and the temperature. Statistics of experiment‘s results was also compiled.
