Zhodnocení vybraného segmentu trhu s byty v ČR

Abstract

This diploma thesis called „Evaluation of the Selected Segment of the Housing Market in the Czech Republic“ deals with issue of short-term and long-term rentals. The theoretical part is about general informations, statistics of Czech housing fund, market entities, dividing, records, financing and today‘s trends. The practical part deals with selected segment of the housing market and development of monitored indicators. The effect of short-term rentals is analyzed through a statistical survey.
