Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether people are aware of coming new European tobacco directive as well as of tobacco advertisement regulation in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part deals with the terms such as advertisement, tobacco products and their regulation, tools of regulation and legal regulation connected to this issue. The second part is focused on new European tobacco directive. Practical part issues smokers and non-smokers and their awareness of regulation of tobacco products advertisement and new tobacco directive, too. The last part of this thesis, conclusion, evaluates questioning having been provided.
