Ochrana hasiče před infekčními chorobami při operačním řízení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany zasahujících hasičů před infekčními chorobami v průběhu operačního řízení. Důraz je kladen na infekci virem HIV. Jsou podrobně rozebrány vlastnosti viru HIV z hlediska přenosu na člověka, dále je zpracována analýza možnosti nákazy hasiče během zásahu a současně používaná ochrana hasičů před infekcí virem HIV. Dnes používaná ochrana proti infekčním chorobám je zhodnocena z hlediska přenosu viru HIV a jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení této ochrany, aby došlo k minimalizaci rizika nakažení hasičů.

This thesis deals with the protection of fire fighters from infectious diseases in the course of operational management. Emphasis is placed on HIV infection. They discussed in detail the properties in terms of HIV transmission to humans, as well as with the analysis of the possibility of infection during the intervention of firefighters, while firefighters used to protect against infection with HIV. Today, used to protect against infectious diseases is evaluated in terms of HIV transmission, and proposals are made to improve the protection in order to minimize the risk of infection firefighters.
