Pasportizace vyhrazené zeleně v areálu VŠB – TU Ostrava

Abstract

The aim of this graduation theses is to make a dendrological evaluation of dedicated vegetation at the campus of VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. The theses is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part characterizes the city of Ostrava and acquaints with the conception of management of residential vegetation with the focus on the dendrological evaluation. Practical part contains elaboration of restricted greenery and suggestion of educational dendrological footpath within I chose important woody species that would be suitable for education. For better orientation in the field I made an information board together with the labels for each woody species. The results of the classification of areal and generic substituions are recorded in a map made in a programme Spirit 10. Besides the above mentioned facts the attachement of this graduation theses contains photo documentation where each of the woody species is recorded.
