Abstract
The subject of my bachelor´s diploma thesis is “Education and development of staff”. In the theoretical part I analyzed basic concepts, educational methods, particular phases of the educational process in the company etc. My research was concentrated on the MORAplast plc., company which specializes in production of packings from EPS and EPP materials. I focused my attention particularly on the shift foremen, and through questionnaire enquiry I tried to find out how satisfied they were with the educational process “The school for foremen”. My goal was to map out the present state of education and on this basis to make suggestions how to make the educational process in the MORAplast company more effective. I suppose this object has been carried out.
