Abstract

Title: Competitive Advantage of Medium-Sized Enterprise in Terms of Economic Crisis Author: Bc. Lucie Hrabová The aim of this thesis is the analysis of competitiveness and finding competitive advantage of TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING a. s., and taking into account the effect of economic crisis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, practical part and part of the proposals and measures. In the theoretical part are defined basic concepts relating to the whole work, are defined used methods, which will be competitiveness examined and also is defined economic crisis, incl. history of its formation and the factors by which the economic crisis be distinguished from ordinary recession, which is part of the economic cycle. In the application part is introduced TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING a. s., and are conducted all the analysis. Specifically, it is the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, 4C analysis, competitive forces and simplified financial analysis. The third section applies to proposals and recommendations of the analysis prepared by TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING a. s. come.
