Abstract

The thesis deals with questions of the floatation of the Limited Liability Company. Theoretical part is consisted of two chapters. The first charter defines the main terms which are related to enterprise and to small and medium – size enterprise. The second chapter describes steps to the floatation of the Limited Liability Company. The practical part is focused on practical floatation of the company. The company which floatation is described dealing with preparation of documents for subsidies from project „Zelená úsporám“ and with the disposal of the subsidies. The company is established by two promoters, who are equal partners. The first promoter deals with the preparation of the documents and the second one deals with the gaining of the contracts and with the disposal of the subsidies.
