Abstract

This bachelor dissertation focuses on the issue of emergency exits from high-rise apartment houses. The introductory part presents the fire regulations for buildings, particularly for high-rise apartment houses. In the second part we deal with emergency exits and evacuation elevators, the conditions for their construction and use, but also with possible defects and specification of corrective measures. The aim of this work is to draw attention to faults that reduce the level of fire safety in buildings and to project suitable measures.
