Vyhodnocení modelů pro pokrytí území buňkové sítě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of predicting the propagation of electromagnetic waves. A large number of models are used in the planning of radio links to evaluate the losses of the transmitted signal. The thesis attempts to categorize these models according to various criteria and parameters, focusing mainly on the sensitivity of the deviations of losses in propagation when tuning these criteria and parameters. It marginally deals with simulating losses in a microcell caused by a building obstacle. The introductory part describes the principle of building a mobile network and presents the mathematical models used for modeling the propagation of electromagnetic waves. The practical part includes comparing models according to individual criteria, developing an application for a clear comparison of selected models with the same input values in MATLAB, simulations, designing signal coverage of a building in IProp, and sensitivity analysis graphs of the model.
