Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to develop a residential building project with a focus to draft of water supply, sewerage and solar water rating systems. Project of sewerage and water supply is made with retrospective use of rainwater in the building. Project documentation
of new building is designed in the range for building construction. The thesis consists of text and drawing part.
The thesis also includes thermally technical assessment of structures and Energy Performance Certificate.
