dc.description.abstractTáto práca sa zaoberá problematikou cenových máp, rozoberá základné pojmy a problematiku stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty nehnuteľností a v tomto prípade bližšie stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty pozemkov. Zoznamuje so základnými pojmami v oblasti geografických informačných systémov, štruktúrou a základným delením geografických dát. Zaoberá sa nástrojmi pre prácu s geografickými dátami, funkčnými modulmi, ktoré nástroje poskytujú a boli použité pri tvorbe cenovej mapy.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with problems of price maps and analyses basic terms concerning assesment of general value of real estates. Especially deals with plottage and take up with basic terms of GIS domain, structure and elementary division of geographical datas. Furthermore it deals with instruments for work with geographical data and functional modules that had been used for creation of price map.en
