The thesis is focused on the revitalization of brownfield's military area Brno ". It includes brownfields, a description of the city of Jihlava, the military complex in terms of availability of utilities and transport, categorization of the area and the urban design of land use.
The aim of thesis is the study of territorial brownfield "military area Brno", which is also the outcome of the work. This thesis will serve as a basis for future utilization of the area. For this reason, it is accompanied by a SWOT analysis.
