Vývoj příjmů a výdajů českých domácností

Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of revenue and expenditure of Czech households, focusing on their consumer spending. The aim of the study is to determine how they have changed the shares of food and housing in total consumption expenditures of Czech households, from the socialist era to the present. Part of the work was also to compare the potential purchasing power of the average citizen in the purchase of durable goods. The results of the analysis of this work can be concluded that the share of expenditure on food was reduced from 80 years, the share of expenditure on housing has increased. The potential purchasing power of the average citizen in durable goods also increased the budgetary burden of buying durable goods fell for the average household. Using descriptive analysis and comparison of researched data can be summarized that Czech households since socialism significantly increased their purchasing power.
