Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the documentation for building construction of the family house with studio, which is located in the city district Ostrava – Bartovice. The materials used for this thesis were architectural study (ATTI) and documentation for building permit (ATT Va). The house is designed to meet the requirements for housing for family of four. Orientation on the land and architectural design allows connection with the surrounding landscape and maintaining a respect for it.
