Analýza technologického procesu pásové dopravní linky uhelného lomu

Abstract

This bachelor work analyzes the technological process of the brown coal transport by conveyor belts in the brown coal mine “Czechoslovak Army” - joint-stock company “Litvínovská uhelná”, from the perspective of the control system requirements. Transport system decomposes into individual elements. The result is a technical analysis of conveyor equipment, description of individual elements, as well as sensors to automate the process. The current control system extends from the whole to the individual inputs and outputs. After considering the facts (the cessation of production support, age, lack of spare parts), I propose to restructure the current control system for new. For the new control system designs and specifies the requirements mainly resulting from operational experience.
