Abstract

Title: Administrative Building Author: Bc. Ondřej Kovařík Thesis supervisor: Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. School: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Construction. The topic of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction part project documentation for administration house in the stage for the construction realization. The content of project documentation is a drawing part according to the scope of the assignment and a technical report according to announcement No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended from 2018. [1] The diploma thesis also includes the thermal technical assessment of the peripheral structures and the energy label of the building peripheral housing according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), [2] the static assessment and the proposal of the most loaded foundation strip. The subject of the proposal is an administrative building together with a restaurant on the first floor. It is a three-floors building without basement, proposal in the wall construction system. Building is based on foundation strips and is roofed with a single-layer flat roof.
