Zhodnocení vybraných složek inženýrskogeologických poměrů pro předprojektovou dokumentaci

Abstract

Předmětem zájmu diplomové práce je zhodnocení vybraných složek z oblasti inženýrské geologie pro potřeby předprojektové přípravy a to ve vztahu k územnímu plánu a současné zástavbě. První část je zaměřena na přírodní poměry zájmové oblasti, jež mají přímý vliv na studovanou problematiku. Druhá část se věnuje metodice prací ve smyslu zpracování použitých dat a následnému vytváření překryvných analýz, jež jsou v daném případě klíčové. Další kapitola již konkrétně popisuje hodnocení inženýrskogeologických poměrů a to z hlediska inženýrskogeologických rajonů, inundací, radonového rizika, těžitelnosti a předkvartérního pokryvu. V závěru je obsaženo vyhodnocení vlivu zmíněných složek na současnou výstavbu a územní plán.

The interest of this thesis is the evaluation of selected components of the field of engineering geology for the needs of project preparation and in relation to the town planning and current construction. The first part focuses on the natural area of the place, which has a direct impact on the studied issue. The second part deals with the methodology of work for the purposes of processing the data and the subsequent creation of overlay analyses. These are crucial in this case. The next chapter has already specifically describes the evaluation and engineering-geological conditions in terms of the engineering-geological zones, flooding, radon risk, excavation and pre-quaternary cover. The conclusion is included to assess the impact of those components of the current building and zoning plan.
