Geodetické práce ve výstavbě bytových domů- Rezidence Čechovka

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá komplexními geodetickými činnostmi v průběhu celého životního cyklu výstavby bytových domů Rezidence Čechovka v Havlíčkově Brodě. Práce chronologicky mapuje a analyzuje postupy od budování primární vytyčovací sítě a realizace vytyčovacích prací až po závěrečné porealizační zaměření. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na novou legislativní povinnost předávání dat do Digitální technické mapy (DTM) kraje ve výměnném formátu JVF DTM, tvorbu Geometrických plánů (GP) pro majetkoprávní vypořádání a etapové vyhotovení Dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS). Praktická část detailně popisuje terénní měření pomocí technologií GNSS a prostorové polární metody, na které navazuje specializované kancelářské zpracování v softwaru GEUS. Výsledkem práce je ucelený technologický postup, který reflektuje nejnovější legislativní i technologické požadavky v inženýrské geodézii, a který úspěšně vedl k získání nezbytných identifikátorů záznamu pro kolaudaci stavebních objektů.

This master's thesis deals with complex geodetic activities during the entire life cycle of the construction of the Rezidence Čechovka apartment buildings in Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis chronologically maps and analyzes the procedures from the establishment of the primary setting-out network and realization of setting-out works to the final post-construction survey. Special emphasis is placed on the new legislative obligation to submit data to the Digital Technical Map (DTM) of the region in the JVF DTM format, the creation of Geometric Plans (GP) for property settlement, and the phased elaboration of the As-built Documentation (DSPS). The practical part details field measurements using GNSS technologies and spatial polar methods, followed by specialized office processing in the GEUS software. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive technological procedure that reflects the latest legislative and technological requirements in engineering surveying, successfully leading to obtaining the necessary record identifiers for the building approval process.
