Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the influence of human factors on the quality of selected production processes and products. Theoretical part is related to the quality control and quality costs. Labour turnover also has been explained as one of the central term. In the practical part the scrap cause analysis of un-repairable products which were caused by the operators has been realized. Specific charter of the diploma thesis contains corrective actions that are considered to lead to the elimination of the non-conformities. In order to check the effectiveness of the proposed corrective actionsthe repeated analysis after implementation of them was performed.
