Analýza konkrétních transakcí týkajících se mezinárodní koupě zboží se zaměřením na obchodní vztahy s Itálií a Kanadou

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to provide an analysis of real commercial transactions with international aspect being realized by the company ENVIROmarket. First of all, economic analysis of the company is provided. The subject of activity is determined and attention is paid to the areas such as financial management, marketing, trading, accounting and HR management. Individually the competition is characterized because the company is exclusive importer of Canadian water filters. In the second chapter, there is goods import from Italy analyzed. Attention is paid to relationship of the Czech Republic and Italy, analysis of public and private legislation in terms of specifics following from the membership of both countries in the EU and trading within unified internal market. One specific business case called Atlas Filtri 3/13 is being dealt with. The end of this chapter describes the risks the company faces when importing the goods. The third chapter deals with an analysis of Canadian goods import. The structure of this chapter is equal to above mentioned although it differs by a content because trading with Canada is subordinated to common trading policy of the EU. This thesis would help the company ENVIROmarket to improve international business activities as well as all companies importing the goods from abroad and are not familiar with difficult international law.
