Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis solving volume of multi-functional building in the conservation area of Moravska Ostrava. Proposal is solved at one sophisticated version, which theoretical and practical part deal with, regarding at architectonical, technical and disposition principles. Part proposal solved traffic and technical infrastructure also solved economic value. Problem of make incorporation new building into already created zone, solving visualisation. Emphasise to be barrier free,respect standards and legislation.
