Abstract
The aim of the thesis is application of value addend tax in the real estate office.
The content is a theoretical definition of the VAT Act for real estate, apartments, commercial premises and land and then applying these findings to individual real estate office EURO CONCEPT, Ltd., which are:
•purchase and sale of real estates - that real estates such as goods,
•rental real estates,
•purchase of real estates.
