Abstract

Human resources management strategy, in both the private sector and public administration, is understood as special effort leading to fulfilling the company scheme. The condition for correct human resources management is the exact definition of company strategy, which gives the basis for human resources strategy. High quality human resources are fundamental for the effectiveness of all company activities. Therefore the main task of Human resources is to put a suitable person in a suitable job and thus properly use the expertise and skill of the employees. The work of Human resources consists of several interconnected activities. One of the most important activities is the achievement of suitable qualification structure of the company; planning employees and appropriate method of enlisting employees. The last three steps, essential for creating successful human resources management strategy, are evaluation, education and professional growth and remuneration of employees.
