Využití dronů při zdolávání mimořádných událostí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the deployment of drones within the operations of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The main objective is to conduct a study on the current methods of utilizing this technology during the phases before, during, and after an emergency and, based on the collected data, to propose recommendations for its more effective integration into practice. The theoretical part defines key terminology, the legal framework, and the phases of drone deployment within the crisis management cycle. The analytical part focuses on a comparison of drone usage across the regions of the Czech Republic and its individual phases. The thesis is based on the evaluation of available intervention records and specific case studies. The contribution of the work lies in identifying areas where the potential of drones is currently underutilized and in proposing procedures that can increase the overall efficiency of emergency response.
