Abstract

In diploma thesis I was concerned with system of remuneration employees in the company STOW ČR, Ltd resident in Karviná. In the first part are outlined problems of system remuneration with its various preferences and reefs on the basis of theoretical observations. There are individual remuneration trends in the Czech Republic and Europe too. In the second -application part, I was analyzing present system of remuneration employees in the company STOW ČR, Ltd on the basis of details, which were provided me by company director and on the basis of questionnaire. 24 respondents ( 8 technoekonomic employees and 16 workers = 55 %) had take part in this questionnaire. The objective of this diploma thesis was to analyze the present system of remuneration of employees in the company STOW ČR, Ltd. On the basis of this analysis the strengths and weaknesses were summarized. Recommendations for changes like improvement suggestions and decision procedures were proposed. These suggestions could lead to the improvements of pay systém in the company and also could lead to greater motivation and potential of employees. My main suggestions and recommendations were: to highlight the intangible forms of employee remuneration, the change in the providing of extraordinary remunerationss, the chase in the providing of employee benefits - initiate a cafeteria system, which would consist of solid core and an optional block, etc.
