Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on measuring the satisfaction of The National Moravian-Silesian Theatre. The goal of this thesis is to identify key factors influencing visitor satisfaction and to propose possible improvements to the provided services. The theoretical part clarifies marketing principles associated with services in the cultural sector. The practical part utilizes a questionnaire survey to analyze visitors´ experiences and assess their satisfaction. Based on the results, there are made recommendations to enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of theatre visitors.
