Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to provide the analysis of the present fluctuation state and then – on a theoretical basis – specify suggestions or recommendations to decrease the fluctuation of employees of Randstad Ltd. in Brose CZ Ltd. The thesis is devided in a theoretical and practical part. Not only is the theory focused on a terminology such as fluctuation, motivation, devotion, involvement, it also describes a process of recruitment. The practical part deals with a history of both companies and their mutual cooperation. Subsequently there is another analysis in which the present fluctuation is studied as well as reasons for quitting employment. Finally some specific suggestions and recommendations are defined which should lead to the fluctuation decrease in the company. These are based on questionnaries carried out among former employees, two company´s workshops on a basis of brainwriting and an analysis of the competition´s market rates.
