Abstract
The aim of the thesis is design of the residential quarter in a place of industrial brownfield. The thesis follows the object Ateliérová tvorba III, that contains an urban plan. Thesis uses values of the place and develops them. Especialy atractive location in nearby to CHKO Moravský kras and views from south-west slope to panorama of city of Brno.
Also is designed disposal, construction and material solution of one residential urban block, including visualizations.
