Hodnocení výkonnosti akciové společnosti pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The main target of dissertation is evaluation of the performance of a Joint Stock Copany using the Balanced Scorecard Method. The company assessment of the situation is not only through financial analysis, but so BSC method, which is a very useful approach to strategic management. In the theoretical part are selected indicators of financial analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss, ratios and the Balanced Scorecard. In the practical part based on accounting statements are made calculation of individual indicators. Processed is analysis of the external and internal environment, PESTE analysis and SWOT analysis. This information is used in the further implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method.
