Aplikace investičního rozhodování ve společnosti Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s.

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to make a decision on accepting a possible investment in the production hall extension in the company Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s. The basics for the analysis itself are summarized in the chapter containing theoretical and methodological bases of investment decision making and process modeling based on literature and materials provided by the company management. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the creation and evaluation of financial model outputs. The EMA.PM system of management decision support, specifically its financial part, is used for this activity. Modeling the future financial development of the company took place in several sessions with the company management in an effort to capture a moderate and realistic estimate of the company's development. Model output values can be considered positive, which also implies a study evaluation and follow-up recommendations.
