Podpora a zdroje financování sportu ve městě Hranice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou a zdroji financování sportu na lokální úrovni na příkladu města Hranice v časovém období 2016-2020. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení podpory a rozvoje sportu ve městě Hranice v letech 2016-2020 v oblasti legislativní, finanční a institucionální. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení vývoje finanční podpory sportu ve městě Hranice v daném časovém období. Dalším dílčím cílem je zhodnocení činnosti a financování vybraných sportovních klubů působících na území města Hranice. Mezi vybrané kluby patří SK Hranice, JUDO Železo Hranice a FBC Hranice. Pro dosažení cíle práce jsou zvolené dvě výzkumné otázky: Má finanční podpora města Hranice v oblasti sportu rostoucí tendenci v časovém období 2016-2020?; Má vliv větší podpora sportu ze strany města na rostoucí členskou základnu vybraných sportovních klubů? Pro naplnění cíle práce jsou využita primární i sekundární data. Primární data jsou získané pomocí metody rozhovorů. Pro zhodnocení podpory a zdrojů financování sportu ve městě Hranice je použita především analýza dokumentů, komparační analýza a SWOT analýza. Teoretická část práce obsahuje definici sportu, politiku sportu v České republice, možnosti financování sportu v České republice a sportovní infrastrukturu. Praktická část bakalářské práce začíná se zhodnocením podpory, financování sportu a sportovního prostředí ve městě Hranice. Dále pokračuje se zhodnocením vybraných sportovních klubů SK Hranice, JUDO Železo Hranice a FBC Hranice na základě jejich zdrojů financování, členské základny a SWOT analýzy. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na náměty pro město Hranice. Hlavním zjištěním je nedostatečná kapacita prostor pro vnitřní sporty a absence podmínek pro zimní sporty. Provedeným výzkumem jsem zjistila, že finanční podpora města Hranice má v oblasti sportu rostoucí tendenci. Větší podpora sportu ze strany města má vliv na rostoucí členskou základnu vybraných sportovních klubů.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the support and financial sources funding of sports at the local level on the example of the town of Hranice in the years 2016-2020. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the support and development of sports in the city of Hranice in the years 2016-2020 in the legislative, financial and institutional areas. The sub goal is to evaluate the development of financial support for sports in the town of Hranice in this period of time. Another partial goal is to evaluate the activities and financing of selected sports clubs operating in the city of Hranice. Selected clubs include SK Hranice, JUDO Železo Hranice and FBC Hranice. Two research questions are chosen to achieve the aims of the work: Does the financial support of the city of Hranice in the sports have a growing tendency in the years 2016-2020?; Does greater support for the city of sports affect the growing membership base of selected sports clubs? Primary and secondary data are used to fulfill the goal of the work. Primary data are obtained using the interview method. Document analysis, comparative analysis and SWOT analysis are used to evaluate the support and sources of sports financing in the town of Hranice. The theoretical part of this thesis includes explaining definition of sport, sports policy of the Czech Republic, method of funding sports in the Czech Republic and sports infrastructure. Practical part of this bachelor thesis begins with evaluate sport support, financial sources analysis and evaluate sports infrastructure in the town of Hranice Next part deals with analysis of sports clubs SK Hranice, JUDO Železo Hranice and FBC Hranice. The analysis is based on financial sources, sports members and SWOT analysis The last part of this thesis contains suggestions for the town of Hranice. The main finding is the gap of the capacity for indoor sports and the absence of conditions for winter sports. Through the research, I found out that the financial support of the city of Hranice has a growing tendency in the area of sports. Greater financial support for sports by the city has an impact on the growing membership base of selected sports clubs.
