Abstract
Diploma work deals study of literary sources, preparation, utilization, characterization and properties of structural materials (g-C3N4 and BiVO4). In diploma work are described methods of preparation and utilization of g-C3N4/BiVO4. Prepared materials (different weight ratios) are evaluated by photoluminescence spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, SEM method, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy (IR) and photocatalytic degradation using acid orange 7 and N2O for certain materials. The results show that the most suitable composite for photodegradation of dye (acid orange 7) is g-C3N4/BiVO4 (4:1), 400 °C and the original g-C3N4. Emission photoluminescence spectra indicate that with the increasing content of BiVO4 occur red shift in all composites and fall down their intensities. X-ray powder diffraction spectra confirm predominantly monoclinic form of BiVO4 in composites and in pure BiVO4. IR spectroscopy has been shown that results are with agreement with others structural methods. Photocatalysis data on N2O have been found that the highest conversion are for BiVO4 and g-C3N4 and a similar conversion value for g-C3N4/BiVO4 (4:1), 400 °C composite.
