Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of selected nursery school and find its competitive advantage. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the characteristics of both departments kindergartens. There is also outlined a nursery’s competition and its evaluation. In the second chapter, the theoretical part, I focused on services marketing theory, theory of competition and I also describe selected methods for the analysis of competitiveness. Described here is a contributory and non-profit organisation. Another chapter contains the methodology for data collection and further identification of targets chosen thesis. Marketing research has been conducted on the basis of primary information which was identified by personal interviews using a questionnaire, and analysis of secondary information. The content of the fifth chapter are suggestions and recommendations that are based on the results of the analysis, which should lead to improved market position nursery school.
