Abstract

The in-house information system is the key to a company’s market success. Most companies realize the significance of in-house communication and as a result they try to create an optimum in-house information system. This bachelor thesis deals with the application of a management system in the company Kalibra Nova s.r.o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the industrial methods of management and provides a survey of applied methods and systems. The practical part is focused on the application of the KIS management information system, analyzes the current status and suggests a new one which should bring several improvements.
