Vývoj a rozšíření nástrojů pro úpravu medicínských snímků v prostředí MATLAB za účelem následného vyhodnocení zájmových objektů při onkologickém onemocnění břišní dutiny

Abstract

This thesis deals with the CT examination of the abdomen in cancer patients and subsequent image processing such abnormalities. There are some common oncological diseases, which are presented by the selected CT scans. These images are then processed in Matlab, further treated by filtration, brightness image transformations. After this adjustment using the Matlab program is the photo processed with the Fotom program, which deals mainly with treatment and evaluation of oncology focus, its size, comparing to the previous examination. The work includes a statistical analysis of the incidence of cancer of the abdominal cavity in a hospital in Nový Jičín and its comparison with other diagnoses and evaluation.
