Laboratorní tester kontaktů relé

Abstract

This work focuses on the implementation of a laboratory relay contact life tester using a data collection card and the LabVIEW development environment from NI. For example, the reed contacts that were tested, have a lifespan of several million cycles. Therefore the biggest challenge was to create a tester that would be able to verify the ability of the contact to achieve a defined number of switches at the required current load in a reasonable time (in the order of days). This work includes all the steps that needed to be done before creating a functional tester, including the implementation of SW tasks of the tester in LabVIEW and their documentation. At the end, there is an evaluation of the work results that were achieved.
